Annika Sundstrm is a pilates teacher based in Temple Fortune with 20 years of teaching experience. Prior to qualifying as a teacher, she worked extensively throughout Europe as a professional dancer, which grounded her focus on movement and the body.
Pilates is an effective, long-term method for improving strength, posture and alignment, to make you move in a healthy and efficient manner. Pilate... s is also an invaluable form of rehabilitation following injury. Annika has particular experience working with clients with scoliosis and other back injuries, and clients recovering from hip/knee replacements.
